I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist offering long or shorter term therapy in London, Islington. Over the last decade I have worked in various settings including private practice, the NHS and in the charity sector, with a wide range of difficulties.
My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on different therapeutic perspectives, paying attention to both the influence of your past and current circumstances. It also means I am flexible; I believe in us collaboratively developing an approach that best supports you as an individual.
Our first consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and to consider whether we would work well together. In shorter-term work we may set a certain number of sessions and focus on a specific concern or on discussing general anxieties. In longer-term work we may decide to work open-ended, exploring underlying or deeper-rooted difficulties that prevent you from feeling fulfilled.
My practice is 5 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington Station. Appointments are available throughout the day including early morning and evening.
Skype or telephone sessions can also be arranged.
