About Me

I am a systemic psychotherapist working with children, young people and adults, individually or in couples, families or with people who are important to each other. I offer one-off consultations as well as longer-term work, and occasionally work with a colleague. My experience as a therapist has led to a special interest in working with children in care and their carers, and with families with complex issues, including mental health concerns. I hope to help people explore situations or relationships that are challenging, working towards a better understanding of how particular difficulties have come about and a more positive and creative way forward. I also offer supervision to individuals and groups, and training.
