About Me

I have been working with people with mental health issues since 1996. I specialise in supporting clients to are experiencing complex PTSD including attachment related difficulties arising as a result of abuse, trauma and neglect. I also have an interest in working therapeutically with people who are estranged from family members.

I have many years’ experience working with people living with physical disabilities and chronic health conditions, those who identify as autistic and people with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia. I am interested in the link between stigma, oppression and poor mental health and well-being. I am passionate about supporting people who feel moved to work on their own oppression/oppressiveness.
