My Approach

I like to support people’s potential for growth and development. I offer a relational, compassionate, creative, explorative, holistic, embodied way for self-exploration and development.
Sometimes we feel stuck in old patterns of behaviour that developed for good reasons but now they don’t serve us anymore. In therapy sessions I will help you develop and deepen your awareness with compassion and gentle curiosity to bring forth clarity of your feelings, processes and choices. Though this can be challenging, it may bring more clarity, and a sense of participating more fully in your life. It will also allow you to open doors to new possibilities and choices.
It is important to me that we will develop our therapeutic relationship where you will feel heard and taken seriously and which will allow a safe and confidential space for exploration of the whole of yourself and support you to find new perspectives, renewal and growth.
I am sensitive to diversity issues and I respect differences.
With a background in dance and the arts, I use those as available tools and acknowledge there are many ways towards embodiment and discovery.
