About Me

Are you struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, panic disorder, loss, bereavement, divorce, work stress, addictive behaviors, low self esteem or self confidence? I can help, I offer therapy to couples and inidividuals.
Due to my wealth of experience l offer a range of therapeutic techniques to support your needs. This means, we work together in a process of exploring and evaluating, the issues that come in the way of you living a fulfilling life or being the best you can be in a professional or relational capacity.
l can help you develop an understanding of your situation or struggle, and explore different ways of dealing with it or different ways of understanding it. I can also support you to manage your emotional or mental state with regard to situations beyond your control. This can often bring you a sense of relief and release, and an understanding that doing things or responding to situations differently is possible.
I work strictly within the guidelines of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy Ethical Code. I have an enhanced DBS Certification.
I have regular clinical supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.
I offer psychotherapy and counselling for students at a reduced rate for therapy and clinical supervision.
I charge £60 per 50 minute session for individuals and £80 per session for couples.
