My Approach

I work to the principles of Relational Centred Counselling in a non-judgmental and empathic manner. This means that in our work together, we will explore your needs to help you understand yourself and your relationships better. I believe that you, as client, have the inner resources to make the life choices and changes that are right for you.
I consider myself to be a nurturing and compassionate therapist, but I am also able to alter my style of working to suit your needs best.

About Me

I am qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who attained an Advanced Diploma in Relational Centred Counselling. I consider myself to be a down-to-earth and ethical therapist. I avoid jargon and is transparent in what I do during our sessions.
My fees are currently £40 and I can consider concessions.
