I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and sound/voice work.
I work with Individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.
Counselling tends to be more short term work (6 -10 sessions) focused on supporting you through a specific situation such as bereavement, divorce or redundancy.. This solution focused approach is cost effective and really can make a big difference in your life.
Psychotherapy tends to be longer term work on personal growth and covers broader issues such as building self esteem, changing patterns in intimate relationships and increasing personal satisfaction.
I work in an Integrative way using various styles of therapy to fit the client.
Often I use a cognitive approach combined with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique=Tapping), NLP and also sound / voice work. This helps you to gain insight and a better understanding of yourself whilst the techniques mentioned offer an opportunity for real transformation.
You will also learn tools you can use on your own once the sessions have finished.
I have worked and continue to work with many Men, especially in their Thirties and Forties, supporting them through crisis situations, relationship difficulties, career and life choices and questions of male identity.
Sessions are available in English and German.
