My Approach

I am trained in an Existential tradition which has a philosophical framework in understanding the human experience.

My approach is to work holistically with you to help you become more self-aware of the way you think and feel about your experiences and the impact they’ve had on you, which determine the choices you make every day. Change requires making different choices and these two areas are central in the healing process, and in discovering new solutions.

About Me

If you are considering having counselling or psychotherapy it’s likely that you have arrived at a point where you feel it’s time to work with a professional to find a way to change something that’s troubling you. Whether this is due to an experience you’ve been through, or feeling a lack of direction in life, talking through your situation can help.

I am a qualified UKCP registered psychotherapist working with adults in person and online, offering short-term and long-term support, helping people improve their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
