I’m an integrative psychotherapist, and draw on elements of TA, gestalt, existential, humanistic, CBT whenever this feels relevant. I work with a relational/developmental model, and find that I can adapt this to working online and on the phone. I worked on a statutory mental health crisisline a few years ago, and found that it was usually possible to establish a good working connection with clients over the phone. I’m also currently working with Frontine19. I also offer supervision.
Integrative psychotherapist (postgraduate diploma UKCP), and supervisor. 12 years experience in private practice, and 5yrs in NHS within IAPT (CBT). The model I work with is relational/developmental. I am a member of Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Institute, an Associate Counsellor at the Tuke Centre, York, and am registered as a PODS therapist. I am registered with the Information Commission (data protection).

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
