I am a registered existential psychotherapist and qualified teacher. I began counselling in 1993 and have worked with individuals, couples, groups and families. I have extensive mental health experience firstly as a mental health worker and manager for two London social services departments and secondly counselling people with anxiety, depression and serious mental health difficulties. I take an existential approach to problems in living, as well as pragmatic approaches to helping such a logotherapy, etc I teach social work in a London University, health and social care in a further education college and consultancy for two fostering organisations.
