I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and have completed a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. I draw from a range of traditional models of psychotherapy to inform the way that I work. I believe psychotherapy creates a space in which emotional difficulties can be explored and worked with in a safe, supported way.
I have been seeing clients for over ten years and have have experience working with a wide range of issues, from bereavement and loss, to depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual problems and relationship difficulties.
I am a member of the Metanoia Institute, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy. I subscribe to the BPS, UKCP and Metanoia Institute's codes of Ethics.
