About Me

I offer short and long term counselling and psychotherapy for individual adults over the age of 18 years old. I am particularly interested in working with people who are struggling to make meaningful relationships and those who face life stage choices, conflicts and transitions. I will often use creative methods which enables people to more fully and deeply explore emotional aspects of their lives that they feel "stuck" with. I am an experienced supervisor of counsellors and therapist working with children and adults and welcome enquiries from trainees and also those already accredited. I run wellness/creative trainings in the woodlands of the Derwent Valley and also offer supervision and therapy in the outdoors.
I usually work with my dog in the therapy room, a non vocal and gently attuned whippet. Please let me know if this a difficulty for you.
