About Me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist who is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Dramatherapy. I have worked as a psychotherapist in the NHS for 18 years first in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and for three years in Adult Improving Access to Psychological Therapies. I specialise in trauma focussed work. Prior to working in the NHS I worked in mental health and learning disabilities in the voluntary sector. I am now a counselling and psychotherapy lecturer at Edge Hill University.
