My Approach

I bring together a variety of approaches and techniques that will be specific to my work with you, working in a trauma-informed way, drawing from EMDR therapy, Gestalt, attachment theory, person- centred, Internal Family System, ego-state therapy. With my clients I am open to the exploration of whatever is emerging and is calling for their attention; I am fully present and work from the heart, with honesty and integrity. I am open-minded and patient and enjoy working creatively. I offer a non-judgemental, safe, and contained space, where all presenting issues and feelings are welcomed. As an Italian speaking therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Italian.

About Me

My name is Laura and I am a professional, fully accredited, integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, and an EMDR therapist, having completed a training journey at the Centre or Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London and further EMDR and trauma trainings. I have experience working with clients, in private practice and through clinical placements, working with complex trauma, dissociation, addiction, anxiety stress, bereavement, grief and depression.
