About Me

You may be feeling confused, stuck or overwhelmed within a relationship, or finding a loss difficult to come to terms with, or perhaps life just doesn't feel quite right, and you need someone to hear you, to work alongside you without judgement. We can explore any difficulties you may be experiencing in your life and I will support you to regain or find the courage and strength to live and feel whole again.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, registered with the UKCP, working in Norfolk and Suffolk. I offer an individual approach a to your unique experiences and I believe counselling to be a holistic process, integrating all aspects of the person: mind, body, social and spiritual. I offer a warm, empathic, non-judgemental space for either long or short-term counselling.
