Perhaps you carry memories or experiences that cause you psychological pain, anxiety or hopelessness, whether in the past or in a present life situation. Psychotherapy can be a space to tell your story and reflect on your feelings in a supportive environment. My goal is to help you achieve a sense of emotional well-being and connectedness so that ultimately you can live more fully.
I am an integrative psychotherapist practising within a psychodynamic and humanistic-existential framework. My way of working is relational and conversation-based, and I offer my clients the option of using the creative arts in our therapeutic work together. I work both with young people (18-25) and older adults.
I work from a trauma informed, attachment-based perspective, including specialist knowledge of early relational trauma and narcissistic relationships.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and sexual orientation.
In my personal life I love nature, making art, and baking, and I add the milk last when making tea.
