My Approach

I am a Person Centred therapist and work with you in a holistic and relational way. I will discuss at the initial session whether you are looking for brief, short term or longer term counselling. Please do get in touch so we can discuss your requirements.

About Me

Your decision to look for counselling is the first step in helping you to move forward with whatever issue or difficulty that has prompted you to look for a counsellor at this time. I have experience as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor of meeting people with a whole range of issues and would like the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your needs. I am a Person-Centred and Experiential therapist with a particular interest in childhood trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity and spirituality. I have experience of both short and long term work including issues relating to workplace stress and mental health.

I am an Accredited Member of UKCP and Registered Member of the BACP. I have an MSc in Person Centred and Experiential Psychotherapy along with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I have undertaken additional training to enable me to work with Young People (11 to 18 years). Past experience includes working as a teacher and trainer with both young people and adults.
