About Me

Karen is a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She is also a member of the College of Sound Healing, and the international community of Flow Game hosts.

With over 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals and groups, Karen has developed a unique approach integrating Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing ®, EMDR, Brainspotting, Sound Healing, Biofield Tuning and the Flow Game. She also works with the arts therapeutically.

Whilst Karen hosts conversations for individuals in all kinds of distress, her special interest is in helping people find relief and recovery from the symptoms of stress, trauma and PTSD. Her clinical experience includes six years as a member of London Underground’s Counselling and Trauma Service, the role of Clinical Lead at Khiron House recovery centre, and consulting for the NHS.
