About Me

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor working with Transactional Analysis in private practice based in Lindfield, West Sussex. I work with adults on a short, medium and long term basis, offering a range of interventions to suit client’s needs, both online and face to face.

I have particular experience working with bereavement and loss within a Hospice setting and with the NHS Time to Talk service focused on a variety of areas including anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties and living with ongoing health issues. I can also offer support with low self esteem and self confidence, personal and work-related stress and anger management.

I have also worked in the Financial Services Sector for over 26 years, specialising in People Resource Management and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice in association with career and personal development. I am also experienced in working with clients who want to improve their general health and wellbeing and relationship with food and exercise.
