My Approach

I have experience working with many issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges and family dynamics, stress, low self-esteem and loneliness. I offer an initial consultation where you can outline the concerns that bring you to therapy, and where you can see if I am the right person to help you through these challenges.
Qualifications
• Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE)
• Foundation course in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE)
• BSc (Hons) Chemistry, Imperial College, University of London
Experience
I have over six years of experience as a therapist. In addition to private client sessions, I have worked as a volunteer therapist for the NHS IAPT scheme and for The Caravan drop-in centre in Piccadilly.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist I worked in the restaurant industry and then in education, supporting pupils’ well-being. I have first-hand experience of working in stressful and challenging environments and understand the pressures that impact on work-life balance.

About Me

Psychotherapy is an explorative process where your challenges and concerns, worries and difficulties can be worked through with the guidance and support of your therapist. I work in a collaborative style, creating a safe space for us to work together to help to resolve the issues you want to bring to therapy.
I am a qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist and have worked with a broad variety clients in both long term and short term work. I am strong believer in the benefits of therapy and the transformative journey that can take place in the therapy space.
