About Me

I think it is crucially important to create a therapy setting which is supportive, understanding and honest. By exploring together the sources of unhappiness in past and presnt experience, it is possible to identify patterns that are counterproductive or redundant, and also new ways forward. My aim is to help you to become aware of aspects of yourself not fully realised, so that your range of possible choices is increased along with your ability to respond creatively to each situation.

I have 24 years' experience of helping people recover from stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, abuse and the effects of physical and psychological trauma, and have worked extensively with those going through major life transitions, such as bereavement, divorce, retirement and redundancy. For those in crisis, I may be able to offer an appointment at short notice.

My practice area includes the South Downs, Brighton, Horsham, Billingshurst, Arundel, Storrington, Worthing, and Shoreham-by-Sea.

Fee reductions may be available for trainees and those on low income.
