Like many others before me entered into the world of counselling and psychotherapy brought about by painful and difficult feelings and experiences. If you have difficulty managing your thoughts and emotions, then counselling could help you. Maybe together we could explore these or any other issues you may wish to bring, as I am aware that life quite often has a habit at throwing the unexpected at us, whether theses come in the form of relationship difficulties, either personal or professional or problems at work, we sometimes find it difficult to cope alone and need the support of a counsellor to help us through this difficult time.
The therapeutic intent is to work through any difficulties you may be experiencing, in a safe and confidential environment where you will not be judged. Many of the issue’s facing the clients who have come to me have been their difficulties with; relationships, problems with alcohol or drugs, eating disorder, issues with self-esteem, depression and anxiety, work related stress, bereavement and trauma.
