About Me

I am an accredited, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist in Fulham, South West London with a number of years' experience working one-to-one with adults from different age groups, cultures and backgrounds. I offer regular once-weekly long term and time limited counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues and I am also a trained bereavement counsellor. I trained for five years in the main schools of humanistic, existential and psychoanalytic psychotherapy so I am able to draw from a number of perspectives and use an approach which best suits your individual needs. Counselling and psychotherapy can offer a safe and confidential place where you can come to address your difficulties and explore them in an impartial setting. Understanding more about yourself and increasing your self-awareness within a safe, supportive and confidential therapeutic relationship will offer fresh insight into your life and patterns of behavior. It is a chance to think about your problems from a new angle and perhaps open up new ways of coping. It can feel like a big challenge to take the first steps and contact a therapist, but an initial consultation will provide an opportunity to both meet with me and talk about the process.
