People come to psychotherapy for many reasons. It may be that you are having difficulties in relationships, at work or in your family life. Others come because they find themselves repeating limiting or painful patterns of behaviour.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which your thoughts and feelings can be expressed and explored. In this way more of your experience is brought into awareness, and this can lead to insight and relief.
In addition to my private practice which has been running since 2013 I have worked as an honorary psychotherapist within the NHS, and as a counsellor specialising in drug and alcohol addiction.
