My Approach

I trained as a Neurolinguistic psychotherapist and then continued to develop my skill base as a generative coach, then Counselling children in primary school. I use a person centred approach alongside play therapy with younger children.

About Me

I work with children, young people and adults. I live in Co Durham in the North East of England. I had a long career in the NHS as a nurse, leader and manager before finding my passion for working in a therapeutic environment. I have found one to one work most rewarding and particularly enjoy working with younger children.
I work at Durham Therapy centre on Tuesdays and also see clients at Newton Aycliffe.
