My Approach

Working in both direct and indirect psychodynamic methodologies as an Educational Psychotherapist I meet a clients needs in their preferred ways to communicate.

About Me

Working with families and individual children and adolescents the aim of "Thinking Families" is to figure out how to help everyone to manage their difficulties and get each family member's development back on track. I work with children, and young people with an upper limit of 25 years of age. I am registered with Adoption Support in East and West Sussex if adoption is the client's main reason for seeking therapy in accordance with current frameworks. As such complex trauma is a primary part of my work with young people or their families.
