Trust is key as we work through your experiences, past and present, in a safe and holding environment. I draw on emotion-based therapy (AEDP) as well as a range of other psychotherapeutic styles including Relational Transactional Analysis and Clinical Hypnosis. I hold an MSc in TA Psychotherapy, L2 AEDP and a PGCert in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
