Life is one long process of change and transformation. In time of distress, there can often seem to be nowhere to turn. I believe that psychotherapy provides a space in which issues are considered and explored in dialogue, through which the client is assisted in finding his/her own perspective and position in the world. Some areas of exploration include: changes in personal circumstances such as adolescence, becoming a parent, old age. Life crises: bereavement, divorce, terminal illnesses. Relationships: personal and social relationships, difficulty at work.
