Hi, I’m Glenda. You might be looking for a therapist because something specific is troubling you but psychotherapy can also be of use when we’re feeling stuck, looking for direction or wondering why we find ourselves in the same difficult situation repeatedly. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to discuss whatever is on your mind, and will work with you towards goals or changes you are comfortable with. I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist with broad experience including working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and domestic abuse.
