You may be feeling stuck in your life, unfulfilled, anxious or depressed. You may be experiencing identity or relationship problems, bereavement or issues at work. I provide a confidential space in which we can explore your difficulties and understand what could be preventing you from living more fully. Our work together can enable you to open up fresh perspectives and to discover new ways of being.
