Currently working Online for EMDR Supervision. I offer a free consultation by telephone/online to discuss supervision. I am providing EMDR Treatment online. I would recommend that you have other therapy if you case is complex or think of EMDR as psychotherapy which will take time. Therapy is very much a Team effort. I have clinical experience of 30 Years, where I have developed a large tool box of the appropriate therapy and interventions for my Clients. All my treatments are clinically proven to be effective therapeutically. Sometimes we are stuck with unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, relationships, dreams, flashbacks etc. and we need navigate away from those and make changes but don't know we can or how to. We can work on complex issues with integrative techniques such as EMDR (MSc), IFS, CBT, Attachment focused therapy, EFT, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Movement etc.. I am a highly trained Trauma Expert in many areas such as PTSD, CPTSD, Emotional Abuse and Relational Trauma, Family Trauma, RTA's, Veterans, causes of depression and anxiety, Domestic Violence, DID, BDD. EMDR is a whole system of psychotherapy which is effective in processing blocked thoughts, self-beliefs, behaviours, feelings and psychosomatic issues. I have expertise in Post Natal Depression and Birth Trauma. I work with Artists and Actors In the Performing Arts area. I carry out EMDR intensive sessions where we work for 3 hours + to work with trauma. With my EMDR Peak Performance Program I help dancers, sportspeople and business people to be the best version of themselves and to reach their highest potential and possibilities. I am interested in supporting individuals and organisations such as schools and businesses in dealing with bullying by creating programs to have bully free educational and work settings. I am a trainer and have created a number of courses for companies and therapy centres that can be rolled out such as Assertiveness, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, Trauma, Anxiety prevention, Ethics and Supervision.
