My Approach

My original training was in Core Process Psychotherapy - a mindfulness-based psychotherapy approach - although I draw upon a variety of techniques and influences to meet each person's individual needs and to work with them as a whole being.

I see my role in therapy as that of a facilitator to work alongside people to enable them to live more meaningful, embodied lives.

I have also completed the UKCP Covid-19 Online Working Guidance.
