Taking some time out to talk with a therapist may be the first step towards a new understanding of yourself.
When looking for someone to explore with what is going on for you it is important to find a therapist or counsellor you feel you can trust and talk openly to. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk things over, hopefully helping to shed some light on feelings and responses that might seem hard to understand at the moment.
I am fully qualified and insured, and hold a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I work with a wide range of presentations - depression, relationship issues, anxiety, and have worked in the voluntary sector, the NHS, and in private practice.
