My Approach

Deciding to work with a therapist is a big step towards looking after yourself and I hope that you can find what you are looking for here.

I have a passion for supporting people with their mental well-being, helping them discover ways to process difficult feelings, understand themselves better, positively move through periods of feeling stuck and explore ways to make the changes they want to see in their life. I do this by working together with you, to find what best suits your needs. I offer support, a place to be listened to, and a place where you won't be judged.

I look forward to seeing how I can help you. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have.

About Me

My name is Frankie and I am an Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor currently working online with adults of all ages dealing with a range of concerns and experiences such as:

Bereavement, pregnancy & infant loss including infertility and TFMR, grief and periods of transition, anxiety and low mood, stress, and burnout, feelings of being stuck, overwhelm, low self-esteem and confidence, chronic health conditions, menopause, empty nest, and becoming a new parent.

I offer both short-term counselling and long-term, in-depth therapy.

I also have a specific interest within the areas of Bereavement, Grief, and Infant and Pregnancy Loss.

Whether you are clear on what you want to achieve or you want a safe and confidential space to talk things through, we can look at what you need and make a plan to work together in the best way that suits you.

People that come for Psychotherapy and Counselling describe finding a place where they feel listened to and where they can talk about what's going on for them without being judged or trying to be fixed. They talk about gaining a better sense of who they are and what they want in their life. They say they feel calmer and experience better sleep, reduced anxiety, and feeling more confident to ask for what they need.
