About Me

If you have found your way to this page, there is every possibility that you are looking for help in some way. You may be feeling lost, desperate or just ready to continue with your own journey of self-awareness.

I believe strongly that you have all the knowledge and answers that you need. I have some skills and experience that can enable you to discover them.

You may be finding it hard to cope because of a loss or bereavement. It could be that you are no longer willing to accept patterns of behaviour that negatively impact on your relationships. You might just feel life is too hard and don't know how to change that.

By entering into a therapeutic relationship, that is safe and supportive, we can try to trace where things started to go wrong, attempt to heal that hurt and by doing so improve your present and future life.

My work is tailored around each individual; you lead the speed and methods of working. At no point would I expect you to do or say anything that you are not comfortable doing.

I believe in working towards a place of mutual respect and trust. From that place change is possible.
