My Approach

My approach is integrative. This means that I draw on several approaches used in the psychotherapeutic field (both humanistic and psychodynamic), which enables me to tailor therapeutic work around clients' individual needs. Alongside talking therapy, clients can choose to use creative arts media in support of their expression and exploration of their issue. I also offer specialised techniques and approaches used in therapy such as CBT, EMDR, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy), Theraplay, Systemic Practice.

I offer a calm, safe and confidential space, where clients can explore their feelings and experiences within a supportive therapeutic relationship. My way of working is down to earth with warm, open and accepting attitude.
