About Me

I provide a professional Psychotherapy and Psychosocial Occupational Therapy service at MindStudio, a contemporary in person and online wellness studio based in Northern Cotswolds.

I have been privileged to work with many people who have felt overwhelmed, lost or stuck at times in their life. We can all feel vulnerable and it is not uncommon to experience an array of different symptoms, unhelpful behaviours or lack of confidence. Working with a therapist can provide a consistent sense of support, as well as short and long-term relief from issues you are facing.

I am passionate about my work and strongly believe that therapy can allow you to begin to make sense of overwhelming feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

My current areas of specialism include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, anger and relationship issues.
