About Me

I am a qualified and experienced Senior Systemic Psychotherapist with a wealth of knowledge in mental health and relationship issues.
I am also a qualified supervisor with a passion for bringing the systemic lens to supervision. In particular I enjoy working with therapists in training and newly qualified therapists.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Renegotiate your relationship to find or reclaim your preferred future. That may be working through difficulties, grief, illness, conflict, distrust etc. or it may be taking the time to think calmly and caringly together about whether you wish to separate or stay together and what your preferred future would be.
I work with any family-related concerns whether that’s relationship difficulties, adult and child mental health, chronic illness, bereavement, parent to child violence, self harm, extra familial abuse, blended families, separated families, adoption and fostering, sexual/gender issues.
Experienced in working with both adult and child mental health issues both diagnosed and undiagnosed. In particular depression, anxiety, anger, self-harm, eating disorders/difficulties.
Whether you are already a parent, struggling to become parents, new parents or blending families I can help you find a way forward to suit you. I also work with parenting difficulties either relating to emotional, behavioural or mental health issues.
Relationships all go through periods when they are difficult, puzzling and unsatisfactory. I can help you move through these phases either as a family, with your child or as a romantic/friendship couple. I offer a non-blaming approach which is sensitive to you as individuals and led by your needs.
