I offer Gestalt Psychotherapy which encourages a new level of awareness and understanding of how experiences – past and present- are impacting you now. This exploration, within the context of a safe therapeutic relationship, can enable you to achieve understanding and growth. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing).
