I head the Mind Therapies Service at Breathe-London, Waterloo and Covent Garden's leading therapy clinic (we have clinics in both locations). For simplicity's sake, I still call myself an 'Existential' psychotherapist as that is what I was known for when I was building my early reputation at the Psychotherapy Department of St Thomas' Hospital - South London and Maudsley NHS Trust: However, I am trained in all the other main models of counselling, namely *CBT; *Integrative; *Psychodynamic; *Systemic as well as *EMDR. These days, the main emphasis and focus of my approach is CBT, particularly Third Wave CBT, combined with an 'Existential attitude' (please follow the link to my website to read some case studies which show how this integrated approach works in practice). I can help my clients with: *Anxiety; *Depression; *Relationship problems;* OCD; *Eating Disorders; *Weight Loss; *Substance Misuse; *Phobias; *Procrastination; *Decisions and Dilemmas; *Anger; *Low Self-Worth; *General Counselling. I also offer single session work for people with a very specific problem. As well as working in private practice at Breathe-London, I also work part-time as a counsellor with students at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).
