I offer a private and confidential space where you can learn about yourself and be held in your experience, whatever that might be. I have experience working with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
My psychotherapeutic perspective places you, your unique qualities and your individual needs at the centre of the work. Working in an integrative way makes this possible in that I am continuously cultivating a range of skills from various approaches which enable me to best meet your needs.
I consider you as an integrated whole made up of body, mind and spirit as well as being in constant relationship with your surroundings. It is important to be able to hold all of these aspects of experience at once and with equal importance.
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist with a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE) in Paddington, London.
I am UKCP accredited and abide by their rules.
My approach integrates learning and skills from 5 years of psychotherapy training and private practice totalling 9 years of experience at the time of writing this content (2022). I also have more than eight years of practicing as a yoga teacher. Alongside this I have some background in the arts which means I am able to work from a holistic and creative perspective.
