Body psychotherapy may be for you if you suffer from anxiety or depression, or from the effects of trauma either recent or long-ago, or if you have physical symptoms that no amount of treatment seems to help, or a more general sense that your relationships, or your work, or your life in general are not as you would hope. We would talk about what brings you to therapy and work with talking therapy and, if appropriate, hands-on body work, breathing techniques and mindfulness; possibly also free-writing exercises and simple yoga practice.
