The goal of psychotherapy is not to change you, but to build awareness, compassion, understanding, respect, empathy and acceptance toward yourself and others.
Everyone has the capacity to cope with crisis, resolve problems, develop personal insight and make decisions but having support and encouragement when the going gets tough can make a huge difference. I offer you a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk about what you are experiencing and how you are feeling and perhaps identify choices, solutions or changes that you may want to make. I will not analyse you, judge you or try to impose my values and beliefs on you. I will offer you my full attention and respect your individuality.
