My approach is to use ideas about how we relate to others, and how we perceive our sense of self, to help make better informed choices for ourselves. To discover the patterns that we repeat, and to make sense of our internal worlds and our relationships. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods we can learn to make better decisions for ourselves, and to implement changes to improve our quality of life. Sometimes it's about accepting what cannot be changed, but having someone to talk to who's not involved in your life outside of the therapy room, can be helpful in the journey to acceptance.
