About Me

I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist registered with the UKCP and have been counselling individuals in the London area since 1993.



I work with several approaches, according to what would be helpful to the individual client. This can include helping you to look at how your past experiences continue to affect your current behaviour, relationships, and feelings; identify and change negative thoughts about yourself; contact and explore difficult feelings; and become aware of more aspects of yourself and of your potential.



Counselling offers a safe, supportive way of looking at personal issues. I believe that we are each a unique and complex expression of life, and I will work with you to help you express more of your reality.
