Carol Nudds MA, Dip-Sup, PG-Dip CAMHS, BA (Hons)
I am a qualified child and adolescent psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.
I am currently employed by an organisation as a supervisor for psychotherapists in training. I provide group and individual supervision for module 4 and 5 students. I am a tutor for a baby observation group and a marker for academic work. I am also engaged in private practice.
I have worked for a long time with a variety of mental health and emotional issues and offer an integrative/ psychodynamic/object relations approach. This means that I work with, what are often, unconscious motivatons, or compulsions that are not understood. Through a process of relational work these things can be understood better and bring relief for clients.
My experience has its roots in social care and specialist provision for young people and their families within the public sector.
I provide therapy for children of all ages, teenagers, adults and families as well as psychotherapists and counsellors who are training.
