I have an integrative approach to working with clients that means I draw on a number of models and methods including Transactional Analysis, EMDR and trauma techniques, Person Centred, Human Givens, Developmental/ Relational and Mindfulness. This approach is based on a client's needs and preferences, which ensures a more tailored treatment to suit individual needs. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work.
