About Me

I am a creative arts therapist that works with adults and children. I trained in Humanistic practices originally then developed my approach with Jungian aspects of working with the transpersonal. This means working with the aspects of our personality that are unconscious or difficult to verbalise. I am experienced with working with dreams in a Jungian approach. I completed my Doctorate in children’s dreams, social dream matrices and children's dreams at Essex University in 2020. I work as a university lecturer and train counsellors and childhood studies students. I have the UKCP child and adolescent marker so work with children and adults. I am trained to work with the body and trauma and have extensive training in attachment styles. I charge 60 -80 pounds an hour and also do online counselling. I run training courses in sand play from a Jungian stance for counsellors. I am a trained Shamanic Practitioner with second sight shamanic training run by Jez Hughes.
