My Approach

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist accredited with the UKCP.

I work with adults providing Psychotherapy for a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, low self esteem, loss, post-natal depression and difficulties with transitions in life.

I offer a confidential one to one service for individuals who need support.

I have experience working within the charity sector, schools and private practice.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist who works both online and face to face in Notting Hill. In my practice, I bring together different schools of thought, techniques and methods that I apply depending on the clients needs. I aim to offer a safe, confidential space that facilitates exploration, understanding and growth.
My areas of expertise include working with anxiety, depression, loss, low self-esteem, family issues, relationships, and intrusive thoughts.
I have a particular interest in working with parents who are thinking about having children, fertility and/or have small children. 
In moments of difficulty in my life, talking within a confidential safe space, has been the most powerful tool and I am passionate about others having that same experience.
