I have nearly thirty years of experience of working with emotional distress and psychological problems. I work with both individuals and groups. My intention is to provide a safe space to share experiences, fears and hopes and to explore meaning by being together and talking. Speaking enables connection and the possibility of new thoughts and perspectives. The aim is to make life happier, easier to live and invite creativity and growth in the person.
